Myhrbodarna is a very beautiful and well preserved summer farmstead, it's high location offers you an extraordinary view over mountains and forests. The genuine milieu around Myhrbodarna has contributed to it's standing as a notable building. This meanst that the buildings shall be preserved, the grounds held open and surrounded by wooden fences. Both mowing grounds and grazing grounds are rich in species and is marked by long-standing mowing and grazing tradition. The infield is surrounded by wooden fences. Here you will find a barn for hay storage. The other buildings in the infield consist of "bustugan" and a barn for cows and goats. The grazing grounds consist of a forest of mountain birch with high growing mountain herbs. The farms goats and calfs are kept in isolated areas of the infield whilst goats and cows wander the grazing grounds.
